We believe it's important for you to get to know us better because it helps create a more relaxed, genuine experience when you're in front of the camera. The more comfortable you feel, the more natural the moments we capture will be.
Our journey began in college, where we met and quickly became inseparable. After three wonderful years of dating, Cameron proposed at Sam's family lake house—the exact spot where our journey together began. A year to the date later, we tied the knot in Birmingham, AL, surrounded by the people we love. We’re intentional about the time we spend together, whether it's unwinding after a long work day, enjoying a round of golf, or creating lasting memories with friends and family. Every moment is cherished, and we love making the most of our time together.
Hi! I'm Sam, a Birmingham native with a passion for both healthcare and photography. Growing up with three siblings, I've always valued family and the connections we share. I graduated from UAB with a degree in Chemistry before pursuing my Master's in Nursing. Now, I work at Children's Hospital in the CVICU, where I get to make a difference every day in the lives of young patients.
Photography has been a lifelong love of mine. I’ve found joy in capturing beautiful moments and memories for others. When I’m not behind the lens, you can find me on the golf course with Cameron. We both love traveling and exploring new places whenever we get the chance.
We got Matti Lou when we were still dating, and raising her together has been one of the most fun and rewarding experiences of our lives. We’ve taught her some adorable tricks—like giving kisses, spinning around, rolling over, and even going to find "mom" and "dad." Matti Lou is our fur baby, and we absolutely love showing her off, so much so that we couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her. She was our flower girl, adding even more joy to our special day. We love including furry friends in our shoots, so if you’re thinking of bringing your fur baby along, the answer is always yes!
